Smith Jewels Return & Exchange Policy

At Smith Jewels, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a hassle-free Return and Exchange policy for our products. Please find the details below:

General Policy
- No Refund or Replacement: Please note that refunds or replacements are not applicable for customised or personalised orders.

Exchange or Refund Policy
- If you wish to exchange your product, you can initiate a Return request and use the store credit issued against your returned product to order your desired item.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +91-7849916977 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You can choose between store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order will be deducted from the refund. If no shipping charges were paid due to a free shipping policy, Rs. 100 will be deducted from the product price.
- Returns initiated by the Smith Jewels team will take 15-20 working days to process, and return pickup charges of Rs.150 will apply.
- Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been received and inspected at our workshop, which typically takes 3-5 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Policy
A product is eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery in the following cases:
- Damaged in Transit: If the product is damaged during transit, we will offer free doorstep pickup and provide a replacement of the same design.
- Wrong Product Sent: If a wrong product has been sent, we will arrange for a free pickup and delivery of the correct item.
- Design Defect: If your order has a design defect, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7849916977 within 48 hours of delivery, including the order ID and a photo clearly showing the defect.

Non-Qualifying Design Defects:
- Minor colour or design variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
- Natural oxidation of silver over time, caused by varying climatic and storage conditions, is not considered a defect.
- Irregularities in semi-precious stones are natural and will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Cancellations & Address Changes
- Cancellations or address changes are accepted only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If a cancellation or address change is requested after dispatch, Rs. 200 will be deducted as a shipping charge from the refund/exchange value.

Third-Party Purchases
- Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by their respective refund and return policies. Please escalate any issues to the concerned portal directly.
