Every order ships within 48 hours. We deliver across India, and most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong, reach out and we'll sort it.

If something isn't right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return or exchange, no drama. A flat ₹250 is deducted to cover return pickup and delivery charges. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Store your silver in the pouch we send with every order. Avoid perfume, sweat, and moisture when possible. If your piece darkens, clean it gently with the silver care cloth - tarnish is proof that your silver is real.
