Is your silver real?+

Yes. Smith Jewels pieces are made in 925 sterling silver and selected for daily wear.

Will it tarnish?+

Real silver can tarnish because it reacts with the world around it. That is normal, and it can be cleaned gently with a silver care cloth.

How long does delivery take?+

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What if I want to return or exchange?+

Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Do you offer international shipping?+

At the moment Smith Jewels primarily ships across India. Contact us for special requests.

Are your pieces handmade?+

Every piece is handfinished in Jaipur, so tiny craft variations are part of the piece, not a defect.
