Every order ships within 48 hours. We deliver across India - most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong, reach out and we'll sort it.

If something isn't right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return or exchange - no drama. A flat ₹250 is deducted to cover return pickup and delivery charges. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time - that's normal. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean them gently with the care cloth we send.
